This technology mainly includes: sucker rod nylon centralizer, sucker rod roller coupling and so on. (2) The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene oil well lining pipe ensures uniform wear of the oil pipe and sucker rod according to the rotation principle. This technology mainly includes: rotating tubing and sucker rod technology. The rotating wellhead is installed during the operation, and when the oil well is in normal production, the change of the contact surface of the rod and the pipe is ensured by rotating the oil pipe string, thereby prolonging the service life of the pipe rod. (3) The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene oil well lining pipe ensures that the oil pipe and the sucker rod are in a stretched state according to the stretching principle, and reduces the eccentric wear of the pipe rod caused by creep and instability. (4) Anti-wear technology for ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene oil well liner. The anti-wear pair of sucker rod is composed of anti-wear polished rod, anti-wear centralizing sleeve and anti-bending joint. The surface of the anti-abrasion rod is ground and chrome-plated, and the anti-abrasion centering sleeve is a smooth steel sleeve lined with reinforced nylon 66. Due to the drag reduction process between the polished rod and the centralizing sleeve, the friction coefficient is very small, so the centralizing sleeve is fixed in the oil pipe, and the anti-wear polished rod slides up and down in the anti-wear centralizing sleeve to ensure that the sucker rod string does not contact the oil pipe , so that the friction and wear of the sucker rod and the oil pipe are transformed into the friction and wear of the anti-wear pair of the sucker rod itself. The low wear resistance between the polished rod and the centralizing sleeve results in less wear and achieves the purpose of preventing eccentric wear of the rod tube.1. Oil well liner has high wear resistance: The molecular weight of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe is as high as 2 million or more, and the wear index is small, which makes it have high anti-sliding friction ability. The wear resistance is 6.6 times higher than that of ordinary alloy steel and 27.3 times that of stainless steel. It is 17.9 times that of phenolic resin, 6 times that of nylon 6 and 4 times that of polyethylene, which greatly improves the service life of the pipeline. 2. UHMWPE oil well liner has high impact resistance: Among the existing engineering plastics, the impact toughness value of ultra-high molecular weight pipes is very high, and many materials will crack, break, shatter or surface stress fatigue in the impact of severe or repeated explosions. According to the GB1843 standard, this product is subjected to the cantilever beam impact test to achieve no damage, and can withstand strong external impact, internal overload, and pressure fluctuations. 3. UHMWPE oil well liner has corrosion resistance: UHMW-PE is a saturated molecular group structure, so its chemical stability is high. Not corroded. It can be used in concentrated hydrochloric acid with a concentration of less than 80%, and is quite stable in sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 75% and nitric acid with a concentration of less than 20%. 4. UHMWPE oil well liner has good self-lubrication: Because the UHMWPE pipe contains waxy substances, and the self-lubricating is very good. The friction coefficient (196N, 2 hours) is only 0.219MN/m (GB3960). Self-sliding performance is better than oil lubricated steel or brass. UHMWPE oil well liner has unique low temperature resistance: The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe has excellent low temperature resistance, and its impact resistance and wear resistance are basically unchanged at minus 269 degrees Celsius. It is currently the only engineering plastic that can work at temperatures close to absolute zero. At the same time, the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe has a wide temperature adaptability and can work at a temperature of -269°C to 80°C for a long time. 6. UHMWPE oil well liner is not easy to scale: Due to its small friction coefficient and non-polarity, UHMWPE pipes have good surface non-adhesion and high pipe finish. The existing materials generally scale in the medium with a pH value of 9 or more, but the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe does not scale.
